Hasan Bardakcı (1999, Istanbul) is a director and writer from Kastamonu, working across cinema, digital advertising, and visual effects. His work explores folklore, mythology, and the darker aspects of human nature, often blending traditional narratives with contemporary cinematic language. He also works as a VFX artist and supervisor. In 2024, he directs the award-winning short film "The Tragedy of Black and White". In 2026, he directs "YEG: A Turkic Folktale", a folkloric horror film rooted in Turkic mythology.
